Appraisals

Taxatiekantoor Salas has been a trusted name in the market for over 55 years, synonymous with trust reliability in the field of appraisals.

 

Our appraisal reports are prepared by independent appraisers, Roberto Salas (senior) and Robert J. Salas (junior).

 

These appraisal reports are not only applicable for independent businesses and personal matters but are also accepted by local institutions, including banks, notary offices, insurance agencies, and tax offices.

Checking the Tiles

The following documents are required for an Appraisal Report:

  • A copy of the cadastral documents (Meetbrief, Kadastrale legger), which we can provide for an additional charge.

  • The floor plan (plattegrond) of the property, if available.

  • When constructing, we also need a blueprint (bouwtekening) and a budget (begroting).

The costs for an Appraisal Report:

  • The Short Appraisal Report (Markt indicatie) is priced at 1.5‰ of the highest Appraised Value, with a minimum fee of XCG 450,-.

  • The Complete Appraisal Report* is charged at 2‰ of the highest Appraised Value, with a minimum fee of XCG 550,-.​

*This report includes a detailed description of the property and neighborhood, accompanied by extensive visual clarification.

 

Appraisal Reports are typically finalized within 3 to 5 business days following the property inspection.
